Honkaranta – comfortable accommodation throughout the year
Honkaranta is situated in Kangasniemi, Luusniemi village on the shore of Lake Kyyvesi. It is an ideal place to spend a peaceful and quiet holiday.
Honkaranta log house was built in 2001, and offers a wide variety of household appliances to make your vacation as enjoyable and pleasant as possible. The cabin is equipped, for example, with a dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen appliances. You can just sit, relax and enjoy your holiday to the fullest and let the machines do the hard work for you.
The main building, Honkaranta log house, is 80m2 and fit for winter habitation. The big building has a lot of space, a greatroom, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and a hall downstairs, a double bedroom and a spacious loft upstairs. For the smallest family members there are also two cradles. Situated in the yard are a 20m2 lakeside sauna, a barbecue and a carport.
There are lots of different leisure activities to choose from whilst staying in Honkaranta. During summertime the whole family can engage in a game of badminton or volleyball on a field situated in the yard, one can also make soothing and romantic rowing trips to Lake Kyyvesi or cycle on the countryroads of Luusniemi. The shallow sandy beach is an ideal and safe place for children to play. During the summer heat the beach is probably the most enjoyable place.
